The creator of Turbo Jam and Chalean Extreme is at it again. Chalene Johnson is creating a new workout called the Turbo Fire Workout.
Chalene Johnson has become a household name when it comes to at home workout dvd programs. She has taken the techniques she has developed over the years and put them in some extremely popular workout dvds. And now she is at it again with her new workout set to be released in the spring of 2010 called Turbo Fire.
Turbo Fire is sure to be a high energy and high impact workout. Rumors have it that this workout is going to focus more on the cardio aspects of workouts verses weights and resistance. This would be awesome because that means the Turbo Fire Workout would need no extra equipment like resistance bands or dumbbells.
Even the name Turbo Fire says to me that this workout is going to be intense and full of energy. Chalene is known for her high energy and enthusiastic personality. Many people love her workouts because she comes across as just friend that is right there working out with you in your living room. Plus her techniques have helped a tremendous amount of people lose weight and live a healthier life.
Besides Turbo Fire, Chalean Extreme and Turbo Jam she does have a few other workouts that have also been very popular. Her versatile workout techniques and glowing personality is sure to make Turbo Fire another great workout from Chalene Johnson.
Will turbo fire be more popular than her other workouts? That is yet to be seen. There are a number of people that have told me they like Turbo Jam the best or CLX the best, but is for sure is she always puts her heart and soul into her workouts and the Turbo Fire workout is going to be no different in that aspect.
Will Turbo Fire be Better than the Insanity Workout?
Here we are again with another versus of the workouts. Our two contestants this time are the Insanity Workout and the brand new unreleased Turbo Fire Workout by Chalene Johnson.
These workouts are going to be great to compare because it is said that the Turbo Fire Workout is being designed as a cardio heavy workout much like the Insanity.
First the Insanity Workout
Shaun T’s Insanity Workout has exceeded all expectations. His workout is rivaling the ever popular P90X workout and for the last 7 months, and continues to grow in popularity. Insanity is a no weights, cardio heavy workout. You do not need to buy any equipment for the Insanity workout which is one reason why it is so attractive.
Now the Turbo Fire Workout
This workout is said to be a cardio heavy workout. It is still in development so we will soon find out if weights are necessary. Even if weights are needed Chalene Johnson always puts out top quality workouts. Her workouts are often very popular with women, and her bubbly personality and cutting edge fitness techniques make her popular with everyone.
Insanity Workout vs. Turbo Fire Workout
This is sure to be an epic battle. If it is true that Turbo Fire is a cardio workout we will be able to do an apples to apples comparison on which is the better workout. Right now it is hard to determine what home workout system is the best between Insanity and P90X because they are so different.
One thing is for sure and that is Chalene Johnson always puts her heart and soul into her workouts and makes them the best they can possibly be. This should be no different.
